We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. 

 

4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

6. Local Pickup 
We provide local pickup for in-person customers. You will a confirmation email of your order and then it can be picked up during normal business hours.
